(ATKINSON, NH, June 7, 2007) – Stephan Amesoeder has been named Director of Food & Beverage at the Atkinson Resort
& Country Club. With close to 20 years of experience at some of the country’s leading AAA Three- and Four-Diamond hotels,
Mr. Amesoeder will manage the Resort’s full service dining facilities, including the Stagecoach Grille, Merrill’s Tavern
and the Cartside Café, as well as banquet services for corporate functions, weddings and other social events offered at
the 75,000 sq.-ft. facility in Atkinson, NH.
Mr. Amesoeder joins Atkinson Resort from Hilton’s Hotel@MIT in Cambridge, MA, where he was responsible for rebuilding
the food and beverage division. He has also served as General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage for Sonesta
International Hotels Corp., Wyndham International Hotels, Omni Hotels and Matrix Hospitality Group, including several
luxury hotels in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. Mr. Amesoeder also oversaw an extensive $1 million renovation
while general manager at Sonesta Beach Resort in Bermuda.

A native of Stuttgart, Germany, Mr. Amesoeder is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the West Germany School of Hotel Administration and a Management Program
Certificate from Cornell University. A member of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs–Matrie de Table Hotelier, he
is an avid scuba diver, boater and motorcyclist. Mr. Amesoeder resides in Andover, MA, with his wife and their two sons.
