OFF SEASON PREPARE LIKE THE PRO’s!
All sessions conducted by PGA Professional, golf fitness expert, and college golf coach Tom Smith.
All classes begin at 6:30 pm and take approximately one hour. Sessions are held in the “Academy Room” at Willowcreek Golf Academy. $249 (4 student minimum – 6 max)
Mini Bootcamp - one month golf fitness program that will build stability and help you gain flexibility. Class will meet twice per week for 8 classes.
Participants should be in general good health and have medical clearance by their Doctor before attending. Heart rate may be slightly elevated during program; I try to strengthen stamina and breathing techniques to simulate walking on the golf course which in turn will help mental preparedness while playing.
*Also included will be the take home golf fitness program
January session: 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 – February 2
February session: 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 - March 2, 7, 9
*During most classes bio-mechanics of the swing are discussed and a general understanding of the “kinematic sequence” will be taken from class which may be the most beneficial thing you can do for your swing on your road to efficiency!
