The winter holidays are fast approaching. In fact, the beginning of December is less than 80 days away and that means Hanukkah/Chanukah, the Winter Solstice, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Kwanzaa and New Year’s will be upon us in the blink of an eye. And, with those festive celebrations on the horizon, so are the accompanying holiday parties, which historically happen before them.
If you’re beginning to panic at the thought of planning a big event, it might be time to consider a joint holiday party for your company, family or friends. With that in mind, we ask you to consider the following advantages to participating in such an event.
Joint parties offer a festive atmosphere with the opportunity to meet others outside of your company or social group. At events like our Jingle & Mingle, that sort of behavior is not only accepted, but encouraged!
Our event offers cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for a full hour, which we believe is the perfect time to meet new contacts and friends. The event also features a great DJ who offers upbeat music that will make you want to get up and dance. There’s nothing better than exchanging business cards or phone numbers and then sitting down for an elegant four-course meal.
The Theme is Ready to Roll
For those who are interested in developing a party all on their own, we would be happy to host it. But, if you are looking for a no-stress option, a joint holiday party is for you.
Take it from Carolyn Heffron, our Hospitality Sales Manager, “Holidays are for celebrating ‘your way’ so what could be better than to have our team of professionals help you? By leaving the planning to us, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the process leaving the details to us. Don’t get caught up in the details and endless lists of things ‘to do.’”
While cost isn’t the only factor to consider when planning your holiday party, it is an important one, especially for smaller companies. As Inc said, “In flusher times, employers could pull out all the stops for an office holiday party, giving their employees a well-deserved chance to unwind. But in the current economic climate, some businesses can't afford a party, and others simply don't feel much like celebrating. One way to keep the spiked eggnog flowing more affordably is to hold a joint party.”
Joint parties allow you to spoil your employees and friends without breaking the bank. Our Jingle & Mingle is just $55 per person and includes tax and gratuity and, most importantly, delicious food like petite filet mignon and pretzel crusted chicken stuffed with ham and Monterey Jack cheese finished with whole grain mustard cream sauce, baby spinach salad with roasted butternut, apples and warm maple vinaigrette and chocolate overload torte with salted caramel.
